1 Introducing your Meridian Digital T elephone Y our Meridian Digital T elephone provides easy a ccess to a wide rang e of business features. Y our tele p hone system administrator assigns features to your feature keys, and provid es you with passwords and oth er codes as requir ed.

3 Introducing your Meridian Digital T elephone T ransferring calls Use the T ransfer feature to red irect a c all to a third par ty . T o transf er a call to another n umber: † 1. Press Tr a n s f e r . The other par ty is on hold and you h ear dial tone.

Contact your tele phone system administrator to find out the maximum number of persons you can join in a conference call on your system.
6 Making call s quickly and easi ly Ring Again If you rec eive a bu sy tone or the person does not an swer w hen tr ying to re ach someone in y our of fice or p rivate network , Ring Again automatically redials tha t number and lets you know when that person is free, or that the person has used his telephone.
