However , the operating distance or range of your wireless connection can vary significantly depending on the physical placement of your router.

If you set up your computer to use a static IP address, change the settings so that it uses Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP).

The Setup Wizard is not the same as the genie screens that display the first time you connect to your router to set it up.
