English-11 English Contr ols OSD (On-Screen Displa y) control ke ys on the front of the monitor function are as f ollows: T o access OSD menu, touch any of the control keys. T o change signal input, touch the SELECT key . NO TE: Exit OSD in order to change signal input.
English-12 ECO T OOLS BRIGHTNESS Adjusts the overall image and background screen brightness. If ECO MODE is set to 1 or 2, a bar for CARBON FOOTPRINT will appear . CONTRAST Adjusts the overall image and background screen brightness by input signal level.
English-13 English HUMAN SENSING The sensor on the front side of the monitor detects the movement of a person by using the HUMAN SENSING function. THE HUMAN SENSING has three settings: OFF: No human sensing.
English-14 EXP ANSION Sets the Zoom method. FULL: The image is expanded to full screen regardless of the resolution. ASPECT : The image is expanded without changing the aspect ratio. OFF: The image is not expanded. NO TE: FULL works only when MUL TI PICTURE is OFF .
English-15 English SOUND INPUT This function selects AUDIO INPUT , HDMI or DISPLA YPORT . NO TE: According to the screen type, you can change which audio input signal is routed through the built-in speakers. 1 screen (MUL TI PICTURE is OFF): Outputs the audio signal from HDMI, DisplayPort or the audio from the input audio jack (AUDIO INPUT).

English-17 English MENU T ools LANGU A GE Selects the language used by the OSD. OSD TURN OFF The OSD control menu will stay on as long as it is in use. Y ou can select how long the monitor waits after the last touch of a key to shut off the OSD control menu.
English-18 ECO Inf ormation CARBON SA VINGS: Displays the estimated carbon savings information in kg. CARBON USA GE: Displays the estimated carbon usages information in kg. This is the arithmetic estimation, not actual measurement value. COST SA VINGS: Displays the electricity cost savings in balance.
English-19 English Using the PICTURE MODE function Choose the Picture Mode that is most suitable for the type of content that is shown. There are several types of mode (FULL, sRGB, Adobe ® RGB, DICOM SIM., PROGRAMMABLE). • Each PICTURE MODE includes WHITE, GAIN, HUE, OFFSET and SA TURA TION settings.

English-22 T roub leshooting No picture • The signal cable should be completely connected to the display card/computer . • The display card should be completely seated in its slot. • Front Power Switch and computer power switch should be in the ON position.
English-23 English No Video • If no video is present on the screen, turn the Power button off and on again. • Make certain the computer is not in a power-saving mode (touch the keyboard or mouse).
English-24 Using Multi Picture Function This monitor can display up to 4 split screens for 6 input signals. NO TE: Please see MUL TI PICTURE (page 15), PICTURE P A TTERN (page 16) and ACTIVE PICTURE (page 16).

English-28 Using the A uto Brightness function The brightness of the LCD screen can be set to increase or decrease depending on the amount of ambient light within the room. If the room is bright, the monitor becomes correspondingly bright. If the room is dim, then the monitor will dim accordingly .
English-29 English Contr olSync 1. Connect the master monitor with a sub monitor via a ControlSync cable (ø 2.5) into ControlSync IN/OUT . 2. Follow the steps of DA T A COPY . When the setting of the master monitor is adjusted, it will be copied and sent to the connected sub monitor(s) automatically .
