English-5 English Image P ersistence: When a residual or “ghost” image of a previous image remains visible on the screen, this is called image persistence. Unlike CRT monitors, LCD monitors’ image persistence is not permanent, but constant images being displayed for a long period of time should be avoided.

In order to display the maximum resolution, a display controller that can output a resolution of 1536 x 2048 (in portrait mode) or 2048 x 1536 (in landscape mode) is needed.
