IDENTIFICA TION OF C ONTROLS FRONT P ANEL 1 ST ANDBY BUTTON • Press this button to switch ON the C 427 fr om standby mode. The Standby LED indicator will turn from amber to blue and illuminate the VFD. • Pressing the ST ANDBY button again turns the unit back to standby mode.
1 FM ANTENNA TERMINAL • Connect the supplied wire “ dipole” FM antenna to the F M antenna terminal using the supplied “balun” adapter . I t will usually work best when mounted on a vertical sur face such as a wall, with arms fully outstretched f or ming a horizontal “ T ” perpendicular to the origin point of the signal.

The C 427 oers very high quality sound from radio broadcasts. The reception and sound quality will always be dependent to a degree ho wever on the type of antenna(s) used as well as proximity to the broadcast origin, geography and weather conditions .
