DO NOT attempt to operate the pump until the Saf ety , General Inf or mation and Inspection sections of this manual have been read and thoroughly understood .

Remove the pump fill cap (Figure 2), and fill the pump with water . 2. Star t the engine as outlined in the initial star t-up section, and wait for the pump to begin pumping.
