3 2 Thermal Carafe Use and Care Y ou may damage your thermal carafe if you do not follow these instructions: Use only the thermal carafe specifically designed for MR. COFFEE ® models. – This thermal carafe is designed for use with your MR. COFFEE ® Coffeemaker and therefore must never be used on a rangetop or in any oven, including a microwave.

Br ewing Coffee Cleaning the Coffeemaker Before First Use Follow the steps under “Adding W ater and Ground Coffee” and “Brewing Coffee Now ,” (Pages 8-9) but do not add ground coffee. Selecting and Measuring Ground Coffee For best results, use coffee ground for use with automatic drip coffeemakers.
11 3) While still pressing and holding the PRESS/HOLD button, press and hold the MIN. button until the clock displays the desired minute setting. 4) Release the PRESS/HOLD button. 5) Press the DELA Y BREW button. The Delay Brew indicator will light. The delay timer is set and the coffeemaker will begin brewing the coffee at the time you selected.
