RICE COO KING PROCE DURE 1. Measure de sired amoun t of ric e on a lev el surfac e using the large 900 m l measu ring cup p rovided. O ne cup of raw rice wil l yield appro ximately two cups of coo ked ric e. 2. In a separat e contai ner, rinse rice with wa rm wat er to remove exc ess bran a nd starch.
