4 4 6 6 BEFORE FIRST USE Refer to the assembly seq uence in section ‘ Assembly/disassembly sequence’. When unpacking the fry er , make sure all pac kaging mater ial is remo ved. W ARNING: make sure that your fryer is disconnected from the electricity supply .
5 5 7 7 Removal of the control panel 1 Lift up the fryer body at the fr ont as shown and pull out the control panel G . 2 Replace b y locating the control panel in the guides and push fully in. 3 Once the control panel is in place route the mains cable to the side or out of the back, whiche ver is conv enient.

7 7 GETTING THE BEST FROM YOUR FRYER Oil • Alwa ys ensure that you use good quality oil f or deep frying. W e recommend liq uid vegetable oils, alternatively use corn, groundnut or rapeseed oil.
