Installation work and electrical wiring must be done by qualified person(s) in accordance with applicable codes and standards (ANSI/NFP A 70- 1 999), including fire-rated construction. Install 3 screws to hold glass to fan housing. Do not overtighten as this could crack the glass. 10 Pull lead wires and safety cable out from the yoke about 3” . 12 Lower upper glass disk onto fan housing and a lign 3 holes in glass with 3 holes in fan hous- i ng.
Install decorative cap . 26 Hang assembled fan from the mounting brack- et. Mak e sure the fan is hanging straight. Rotate fan until the tab on the Mounting br acket engages the slot on the Downrod Ball. This must be done to prevent the fan body from rotating when the blades are in motion.
Lift Canopy to ceiling aligning the key hole slots with the screws on the bottom of the Mounting bracket. R otate the canopy Counter Clockwise to lock in place. Tighten the screws to secure the Canopy . See inset for Keyhole shape 34 Attach blade br ackets to blades using the blade brack et screws and wash- ers provided.
T o control fan speed select from High, Medium or low speed buttons. T o turn the fan off press the F an on / off button. T o dim upper lights p ress and hold U/L botton. T o dim Lower lights press and hold D/L button. T o turn off either up or down light press and quickly release e ither U/L or D/L button.
1.Check main and branch circuit fuses or circuit break ers. 2.Check line wire connections to fan and switch wire connections in switch housing. 3.Check to make sure the dip switches from the tr ansmitter and receiver are set on the same frequency . CAUTION: Make sure main power is turned off.
