The appliance has an integral sealed e xpansion vessel to accommodate the increase of water v alue when the system is heated.

COMMISSIONING 3.1 Initial Preparation Preliminar y electrical system checks to ensure electrical saf ety must be carried out by a competent person i.e . polar ity , ear th continuity , resistance to ear th and shor t circuit. 23 B004 3.6 Combustion Anal ysis The boiler is designed to make it easy to analyse the comb ustion by-products. Using the especially designed aper tures, readings can be taken on the temperature of the comb ustion by-products and of the comb ustion air , as well as of the concentrations of O 2 and CO 2 , etc.
24 B004 3.9 Draining the System Draining the heating system. The heating system must be emptied as f ollows: - T ur n off the boiler ; -Open the drain v alve f or the system and place a container below to catch the water that comes out; - Empty the system at the low est points (where present).
