1 1. General description Features Mitsubishi F R-D70 0 safet y stop func tion pre vents a drive f rom supplying rotati onal ener gy to m otors . Dual saf ety channels ‘ S1’ a nd ‘S2’ cut off the gate-drive po wer for IGBT to turn off.
