5330/5340 IP Phones – User Guide Direct Paging - Handsfree Answerback Enabled When you receive a Direct Page, Handsfree Answ erback automatically establishes a Handsfree call on your phone after a si ngle burst of tone. Your administrator enables or disables Handsfree Answerback on your phone.
5330/5340 IP Phones – User Guide To end a Handsfree Answerback call: • Press either ( SPEAKER ) or ( CANCEL ). When the Handsfree Direct Page call ends, the MUTE key light returns to the state it w as in before the call was estab lished.

Once you have progr ammed a key to MWI, this key is always enabled. To use MWI to contact the extension that left a message: • Press the key you have programmed to MWI.

Speak@Ease enables you to have access to Mitel Speech Server. The Speech Server is a speech recognition application that routes inco ming calls to a specific de stination based on spoken commands.
