Notes on laundr y care Before drying, chec k the instructions on the fabric care label. The follo wing fabrics should not be dried in a tu mb le dryer: – W oollens and wool blends These fa brics tend to become matted and shrink.
Pr ogram selection Functional description An electr onic sensor syste m monitors the moi stur e conten t of the l aundry . Once the required degree of dr ynes s is reached, cold air then enters th e drum to cool the lau ndry . The dr ying program is then t er minated.

Set the desired program by turn ing the program selector e ither clock- wise or co unter clockwise. Press the “Star t” button. The program st atus will be stored for 30 minutes in the event o f a pow er failure.

USER MAINTENANCE INSTR UCTIONS Emptying the condensed water container Depending on your ty pe of installa tion, the condense d water w ill either be pumped to a drain, or collect ed in the condensed w ater conta iner , locat ed in the upper le ft cor ner of the mach ine.
Cleaning and care Cleaning the lint filters The lint i s collecte d by the lint filte r in the door . Clean the filter af ter ever y program. Grip the filt er by th e recessed handle and pull up to remove. Any r emaining l int in the hollow p art of the door can be removed through the gap at the botto m.
Cleani ng an d car e Cleaning the heat exchanger The heat exchanger s hould be cleaned once or twice a year . Open the doo r . T ur n the lever so that it is vertical. Remove the cove r . T ur n both levers o n the hea t ex- changer so that th ey are vertical.
Cleaning and care Pull out the heat ex changer . Clean the heat excha nger: – at both e nds (front and back). – and along t he two lo ng sides. Stand th e heat excha nger lengthwise on a towel until it dries. Replace the h eat exch anger in th e re verse or der .
