Use the applianc e only for its in- tended purpo se. Be sure your a ppliance is properly installed and grounded by a quali- fied technician or ele ctrician.

Before using for the first time Clean the Deep Fr yer before using for the first time. Fill the o il reservoir with approx. 1 gallon of water and add s ome dish- washing liquid. T ur n the con tr ol knob clockwi se to 265 ° F (130 ° C) and bring the water to a boil.
Fryin g T urning on the Fryer The control knob should be rotated clockwise to turn on the Fryer , and counter clock wise to tur n it off. Do not force the knob or it may break. T ur n the c ontr ol knob to the desir ed temperature. The white indica tor lamp = illuminates to sh ow that th e Frye r is in operation.
