99-7502 DA SH DISASSEMBL Y MAZD A MP V 2000-2006 A B C 1 D isconnect the negative battery ter- minal to prevent an accidental short circuit. 1 Remove (2) Phillips head screws from above instrument cluster . ( Figure A) 2 Unclip and remove the radio trim panel.
2 99-7502 KIT ASSEMBL Y B A DIN MOUNT RADIO PROVISION Slide the aftermarket radio into the cage until it snaps into place . (Figure B) 2 Continue to final assembly . * Note: Refer also to the instructions included with the aftermarket radio. Slide the DIN cage into the Radio Housing and secure by bending the metal locking tabs outward.

(Figure B) 3 Snap the T rim plate onto the front of the Radio Housing assembly . (Figure B) Continue to final assembly . * Note: Refer also to the instructions included with the aftermarket radio.
