13 V 01/12 GENERAL OPERATING AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS This appliance is a portable air-conditioner, desig ned for domestic use. Only use this air-conditioner as described in this manual. Ensure that the required voltage and frequency (220-240V/50Hz) match the available power source.

15 V 01/12 APPLIANCE START-UP Open the packaging and rem ove the box from above. Remove t he product and the other elem ent s supplied (illustrated in the box below).
16 V 01/12 HOW TO USE THE APPLIANCE This appliance can be used t o Cool, Dehumidif y, Fan and Heat. In changing from one mode to another, the fan continue s operating but the compressor stops; the compressor starts up again 3 and a half minu tes later.
17 V 01/12 3. HEATING MODE Press to select Heating until the rel evant icon appears. By default, the temperature is set to 25ºC. The temperature can be adjusted bet ween 15° and 25°C.
18 V 01/12 REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION Insert the batteries into the remote cont rol respecting the specified polariti es. Only use type AAA or IEC R03 1.5V batteries . Remove the batteries if the remote cont rol is not used for a month or long er. Do not attempt to recharge the batteries.

21 V 01/12 RESETTING THE REMOTE CONT ROL Remove the battery; the LCD display will turn on for two seconds. After two seconds, the unit will enter stand-by mode. At this point, press the Power button to turn the unit on and set the desired mode.
22 V 01/12 3. Storage. When you do not envisage us ing the air-condition er for a long time, before storing it away, clean the filters. Keep the appliance in a vertic al position at all times. Do not rest heav y objects on the top and, if possible, prot ect the air-condition er with a sheet of plastic.
