Using Your Electric Knife (Continued) Y our MAXIM ® MAXEK2 Electric Knife comes with 2 blade sets. The universal blades are suitable for cutting a wide range of foods, such as: cooked meats, breads, fruits, vegetables or crusty foods. Use the frozen food blades to cut through frozen foods.
