Keep the equipment c lean and sanitary so it will meet your local sanitation codes. W ipe up all spills ,clean with water and a mild detergent, then rins e with clean water.
8 CONDENSA T E EVA PORA T OR The MPM/ QMPM is des igned to operate in an environm ent of 75 ° am bient and 55% relative hum idity. W hen the conditions are applic able for c ondensation such as high temper ature and high hum idity , a large capacity condensate evaporator has been installed in the MPM/ QMP M to ensure proper evaporation.
LOA DING Do not place product in the c ase until 6 hours af ter it is s tarted. Stock cases as quick ly as possible, expos ing only sm all quantities to store tem peratur es for short periods of tim e. It is im portant to k eep stock rotated properly so that older stock does not ac cum ulate.
