7 ME C H ANI C AL Leveling Cabinet Level the c abinet so as to i nsure prop er draina ge of the dr ain pan and proper operation of the li ds and refr igeration s ystem. T he GT cabinet condens er has cooling air enteri ng and dis chargin g through the f ront grille.
8 DEFROST AND TEMPER A TURE CONTROL SETTINGS The GT cabinet has a tem peratur e control that is a djustable f rom #1 (warm est setting) t o #9 (col dest sett ing). Turn th e contr ol knob in line with t he punch m ark to the desired s etting. The tem peratur e control is located near the c ondensin g unit at the botto m of the cabinet.
