4. Raise front of ice machine and position the w ood blocks on edge (3 1/2” height). This will allow the top of the vacuum -formed base to be accessed. 5. Place two beads of black silicone sealant (1” in from the edge) on the front and both sides of the vacuum -formed base.
5. When installing in limited access areas, the insulation can be cut at the right TXV to allow installation of the bulkhead insulation in two pieces. Peel the white b acking off of the insulation for the back bul khead (9” x 48”). Align the slots in t he insulation with the ridges in the base.
