INSTALLATION & OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS GENERAL Your AQUA-FLO pump has been quality built and engineered to g ive maximum efficiency under normal water pumping conditions. Cons ult the manufacturer for any other applications. LOCATION OF PUMP For best pump performance, locate t he system as close to the water source as possible.
Be sure motor is kept dry a nd covered. In mild climate area, when freezing ma y occur, run pump and filter equipment continuousl y to prevent freezing.
TROUBLE SHOOTING PROBLEM SOLUTION Hair and lint pot cover is tight and o-ring is in p lace and free from defects. Valves on suction and return lines are working properly and open. Water level in pool is too low. Filter o-ring or gasket is in place and free from defects.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR MOUNTING LIQUID END TO MOTOR STEP 1 Remove pump and m otor from their boxes and check for any possible ship ping damage. STEP 2 Place motor vertically with shaft end up, being c areful not to damage mot or end bell. Remove shaft key on motor if installed.
