7 Installing or removing abrasive disc Mount the pad onto the spin dle. Fit the a brasive disc and countersu nk washer on the pad a nd screw the clamp screw clockwise into t he spindle. T o tight en the cl amp screw , grip t he edge of the pad with your hand, then t ighten the screw clockwise with a hex wrench securely .
