7 Installation Of CO 2 Cylinder Support • Install the metal support prov ided onto the 4 studs located on t he exterior back wall. Align the holes in the support with the studs and pus h down firmly. (See Figur e 1) Installation Of CO 2 Cylinder • The CO 2 Cylinder does not come filled.
8 Installation Of The Bee r Keg • Positi on the beer keg dir ectly in front of the open door. Using keg handl es only, c arefully lift the beer keg. (See Figure 5) • To place the beer keg inside the cabinet, brace your k nees behind the beer keg.
9 ¾ Spann er F aucet W rench Spanner faucet wrench is prov ided for either removing or tightening c onnection ¾ Plastic Faucet Lever Attach the black plastic lever (pull h andle) to the top of t he faucet by tightening it by hand clockwise until the end, holdin g in the silver nut undern eath so it do es not tu rn.
10 OPERATING YOUR BEER DISPENSER ¾ Setting Th e Temp erature To start, turn the temperat ure control knob to the maximum sett ing (6). Allow the unit to run for 24 hours f or the unit to cool properly. You may then adjust the temperature to the des ired sett ing.
11 CHANGING THE REVERSIBLE DOOR This Beer Dispenser has a door that c an be set to open from the lef t or right side. The unit is delivered to you with the door opening f rom the left side. To revers e the opening direction, pleas e follow the instructions below.
12 CARE AND MAINTENANCE ¾ Cleaning Your Beer Di spenser • Turn the temperature cont rol to "OFF", unplug the Beer D ispenser, and remov e the contents. • Wash the insi de surfaces wit h a warm water and baking soda solution. The solution shoul d be about 2 tablespoons of baking soda to a quart of water.
