6 CONNECTIONS The SW A150 1 has two female XLR in- puts that accept a balanced line-lev el signal. When connecting a balanced signal, be sure it’s wired per AES (A udio Engineering So- ciety) standa.
7 AC POWER Be sure the SW A150 1 is plugged into an outlet that is able to supply the corr ect volt- age specified for y our model. If the voltage should drop belo w 97% of the specified line voltage , the built-in amplifiers will no longer be able to supply r ated pow er .
8 No sound • Is the input LEVEL control for the input sour ce or the subw oofer turned all the wa y do wn? V erify that all the volume controls in the system ar e properly adjusted. • Is the signal source w orking (and making union scale)? Make sur e the connecting cables are in good r epair and securely connected at both ends.
9 Repair Service for the SW A150 1 is a v ailable only from one of our authorized domestic service stations or at the factory service cen- ter located in Whitinsville , Massachusetts. Service outside the United States can be ob- tained through local dealers or distributors.
10 Architect’ s and Engineer’ s Specifications The active subwoofer loudspeaker system shall in- corporate one 15-inch low-frequency (LF) transducer mounted within a vented enclosure and tuned for optimum low-frequency response. System frequency response shall vary no more than ± 3 dB from 47 Hz to 120 Hz measured on axis.
