Use the keypad to highlight the T rails tab to access the T rails screen. Creating trails When creating a trail y ou can customize the trail name and color from the New Tr ail.

Delete and Delete All Delete is used to remov e individual trails. Delete All remov es all trails. Orientation Allows y ou to select Nor th Up or Course Over Ground (C OG) as the map orientation.

Chart Data Selects map data that will be used on the Char t display (Lo wrance or Navionics regional map).

T urning o display properties allows you to get a better view of the map , if the screen becomes cluttered with wa ypoints, r outes and/or trails.
22 23 Chart Operation | Elite-7m Char t Operation | Elite-7m Arrival Radius Sets the arrival radius threshold for the Arrival alarm. The arrival alarm will sound when your ves- sel comes within a selected distance (arrival radius) of the destination waypoint.

26 27 Settings | Elite-7m S ettings | Elite-7m NMEA 0183 Output Y ou can select the NMEA 0183 sentences the unit will use when connected to a VHF radio or other NMEA 0183 device. Y ou can also adjust the Baud rate, but the default setting works best under most conditions.

Only waypoints cr eated while the unit is connect- ed to a NMEA 2000 network can be shared, and only with units on that network.
