- 8 Set-up in gener al The unit is suitable for various set-up solutions. Please pay attention to the respective mounting instructions. Only place the unit with a table or stand on a level, firm, horizontal surface. When being set up, the unit should, in particular , not protrude into or over furniture.

As requir ed, you can connect additional audio sources to the interfaces Optical AUX1/2 , TV -CO AXIAL , AUDIO IN TV or AUDIO IN AUX3 .
13 - Connecting to the mains supply Select the mains cable suitable for use in your country . First of all, plug the mains cable plug into the power supply socket on the back of the unit and then plug the mains plug into a mains socket 220-240V~ 50 Hz.
- 14 Connecting and setting up the micr ophone Using the microphone supplied, the Sound Projector evaluates the test signals it generates and can thus adjust the sound output to your actual room. ➠ Protect the microphone fr om heat and from dir ect sunlight.
15 - Auto set-up (TV sets with RS-232C S ystem Interface) ➠ Ensure that the devices are set up corr ectly (page 8/9), all cables are connected properly (page 10,13) and that the microphone is connected and positioned correctly (page 14). Set the remote control up for TV oper ation.

The procudure can be cancelled by the key. ➠ Duringauto set-up, the listening r oom should be free of noise interference.
17 - Auto set-up (TV sets without RS-232C S ystem Interface) ➠ Make sure that the devices are set up correctly (page 8/9), all connections have been made properly (page 11,13) and that the microphone is connected and set up correctly (page 14).

19 - Playback Selecting signal Y ou can play backsound fr om connected devices. Press AUX ( PIP ) on the remote contr ol several times or on the unit press SOURCE several times to select the required signal sour ce. The name of the selected input signal sour ce and the type of corr esponding input mode are shown on the Sound Projector display .

21 - Selecting input mode Y ou can select the audio input signal type of the set input signal sour ce. ➠ In most cases, setting the input mode to AUTO is recommended.
