PAGE 5 BIASI B/40 Any appliance that burns natural gas, propane gas, fuel oil, wo od or coal is capable of producin g carbon monoxide (CO). Carbon Monoxid e (CO) is a gas which is odorless, colorless and tast eless but is very toxic.

PAGE 7 BIASI B/40 Locate the boiler to provide sufficient cl earance for inspection, servicin g and maintenance. Minimum clearance to c onstruction or combustibl e materials shouldn't be less than six (6) inches from the top, sides and rear of un it, and eighteen (18) inches from the flu e pipe in any direction.

BIASI B/40 PAGE 14 The B-40 Linear boiler is a high effici ency unit that requires proper ventin g. The boiler must be vented to the outdoors by means of a tile lined masonr y or an approved pre-fabri.
PAGE 15 BIASI B/40 All piping must co nform to state and loca l codes. The supply and return manifolds for B-40 Linear boilers are 2 1/2” m ale NPT. Be sure to provide unions and gate valves at t he manifold inlet and outlet of the boiler , so the boiler ma y be readily isolated for service.
