The TR100 and TR200 model treadmills come c ompletely assembled in the box and ar e ready to operat e in just minutes. Step 1: Remov e from P ackaging Step 2: Stand up the C onsole A. Rotate the blue round cap on each side at the bott om of the post ½ turn counter clock wise to release an y pressure on the locking mechanism.
C. Raise the handlebar and console suppor t to the upright position. D . Pr ess down the quick release lev er to lock handlebar and console support in place. E. T urn the blue round cap clockwise to tighten and secure the joint. Repeat on the opposit e side.
Step 3: L ock the Handlebar in Place A. Rotate the handlebar down until it st ops. B. On the back side of the console lock the handlebar in plac e by turning the handle to the locked position.

The preset pr ograms default to 24 minute w orkout time but you can adjust these times during progr am set up. Y ou can also select from 3 dier ent intensity levels during the prog ram set up . The TR100 comes with 5 programs that c ontrol the speed of the walking belt during your program to vary the eor t required during y our workout.

This prog ram allows the user to pr eset the speed and incline levels for a personaliz ed workout. The TR200 come with constant hear t rate con trol progr am. The Heart R ate Con trol progr am uses both speed and incline to keep your heart rate at th set limit.

The rst 3 ar e Speed programs and the next 3 are Incline progr ams. 2. Pr ess the Mode button and use the Speed Up/Down buttons to select a level (L1 to L3).

TR100 / TR200 MyTread 33 Step 3. Standing Up the F olding T readmill A. T urn o the power switch located b y the plug at the base of the treadmill. Unplug the po wer cor d from both the wall and the tr eadmill. B. P ull up the blue extension foot located on the top of the hood .
Belt Lubrication Use only 100% Silicone and av oid using aerosol silicone spr ays which include additives and petr oleum distillates . One ounce of Silicone should be used for each application. Lif eSpan oers 100% silic one lubricant that can be order ed at ww w .
The treadmill is desig ned and manufactured to be reliable and easy to use . Howev er , if you hav e a problem, these troubleshooting st eps may help you nd the cause .
Engineering Mode (TR100) Press Reset + Speed Down button simultaneously and hold till display changes and shows Year and date. Pressing Start shows the software version.
Belt T ensioning If the belt begins to slip during use, it will need to be t ensioned. Y our treadmill is equipped with tension bolts that are ac cessible from the back of the tr eadmill. Befor e tensioning the belt, star t the treadmill and set the speed to 3 MPH.
