To pos iti on the monit or on a table or des k, f oll o w these steps: 1P lace the monitor so that the screen faces the user. 2T o slide the monitor, lift the front up slightly and push or pull in the direction you want. 3A djust the viewing angle of the monitor by tilting it up or down and turning it left or right on its stand.

3C onnect the monitor cable to the monitor port (marked with ™ ) on the back of your computer. If y ou i nstalled a v ideo c ard in y our computer , connect t h e monit or cab le t o th e v ideo c ard ’ s por t. 1U nplug the keyboard cable from the ADB port (marked by V ) on the back of the computer. 2P lug the unattached end of the keyboard cable into the ADB port (marked by V ) on the left side of the monitor stand. 4 Read the Welcome screen and click OK. The Ins t aller screen appears . 5M ake sure the disk named in the box is the one on which you want to install the software. If not, click Switch Disk until the correct disk name appears. 6C l i ck the Install button.

To c l e a n the screen o f the monit or: 1T u r n y our computer and monitor off. 2D isconnect the monitor’s power plug from the back of the monitor. (Pull the plug, not the cord.) 3 Use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner on a soft cloth and wipe the screen.

After many hours of use, the screen image appears dim. m In crea se the brightne s s of t he pic ture to y our pref erence . See “ Ad just i ng t h e Br i ghtn es s of t h e Picture ” i n Chapter 3 . Over time, you experience eyestrain. m Adj us t t h e screen contrast.
After you change the screen resolution, a window is stuck, halfway off the screen, or missing; or you can’t see the whole screen.
