2 - Apple Studio Display 17 (ADC) Monitor Stand Removing the Monitor Stand 1. W arning: T urn off your computer and disconnect the displa y cab le as follo ws: • Unplug the display cable from the computer. • Wait five minutes for the computer’s internal components to cool down.

Using two je weler’ s flat-blade scre wdrivers , place one in each of the round openings and gently pr y up the retaining clip until it is out of the monitor stand.
4 - Apple Studio Display 17 (ADC) Monitor Stand 6. Rotate the stand clockwise (1/4 turn) so it is positioned as shown. 7. P eer into the center of the monitor stand and swiv el it some what until you can see the loc king tabs line up with the slots in the base .
Apple Studio Display 17 (ADC) Monitor Stand - 5 8. With the tabs aligned, gently pull the stand tow ard you. Then tilt the stand up off the base. P ositioning the Plastic Rings After you remo v e the monitor stand, two plastic rings should remain on the base.

Apple Studio Display 17 (ADC) Monitor Stand - 7 Installing the Replacement Monitor Stand 1. Holding the new monitor stand, align the slots in the center of the stand with the tabs on the base of the monitor . 2. Slide the stand up to engage the locking tabs .
