For 60–17 6 g/m 2 (16–47 lb bon d) p aper, g rain l ong paper is r ecomm ended. For pa per hea vier t han 176 g/m 2 , g rain short is recommended. Fibe r c ont en t Most h igh -quality xerog raph ic pa per is made from 100 % ch emic ally t reated pulp ed wood.
Lex mark c o nsi ste ntly test s its pri nte rs w ith r ecycl ed p ap er (20– 100% pos t-c onsu mer was te) and a va riety o f te st p aper from aro und the world, using chamb er tests for differen t temperatu re and humid ity conditio ns.
