Explanation of har d disk capacity Dear user , While using your computer , you m ay discover that the nominal hard disk capacity indicat ed is somewhat different from the disk capacity displayed by th e operating system. For examp le, a nominal 40GB ha rd disk will appe ar as less tha n 40GB in the operating syste m.
