Chapter 1. 1-3 Cable loc k slot Your monitor is equipped with a cable lock slot located on th e rear of your monitor (in the lower position) . Please see the instructions that come wi th the cable lock to learn how to attach it. Monitor contr ols Your monitor has controls on the front which are used to adjust the display.
Setting up y our monitor This section provides information on how to se t up your monitor. Connecting and turnin g on yo ur monitor 1. Power off your computer and all attach ed devices, and unplug the computer power cord. 2. Connect the analog signal cable to the video port on the back of the computer.

Chapter 2. 2-7 Selecting a supported display mode The display mode the monitor uses is controlled by the computer. Therefore, refer to your computer documentation for details on how to change display modes. The image size, position and shape might change when the display mode changes.
