1-2 ThinkVision L171p Flat Panel Monitor User’s Guide Types of adjustments Please see the illustration below for an example of the tilt range. Tilt/Swivel W ith the built-in pedestal, you can tilt and swivel the monitor for the most comfortable viewing angle.
Chapter 1. 1-3 Monitor Pivot 1. In locked/down Position - T ilt upwards, so that lower edge of monitor clears the stand. - Rotate clockwise until the monitor stops at 90 °. 2. Extended Position - Rotate clockwise until the monitor stops at 90 °. User controls Y our monitor has contr ols on the fr ont which are used to adjust the display .

Chapter 1. 1-5 Connect the digital cable to the DVI connect or of the monitor and the other end on the back of the computer . Note: The digital cable is not included with the monitor . Plug the monitor power cor d and the computer cord into grounded electrical outlets.
