If you need to install a lega cy operating system, such as W indow s (that is, any operati ng system befor e W indows 8), Linux or Dos, etc on your computer , you must change the boot mo de to Lega cy Support .

Note: Be sure t o r emove the har d disk (secured i n the metal f rame) gently t o avoid b reaking the connection to the SA T A recepta cle connector .

38 Appendix. CRU instructions 6 If two DD R3L SDRAMs are already installed in the memory slo t, remove one of them to make room for the new one by pressing out on the latches on both edges of the socket at the same time. Be sur e to save the old DDR3L SDRAM for futur e use.
