Lenovo Statement of Limited W arranty LSOL W -00 05/2005 Part 1 - General T erms This Statement of Limited Warranty includes Part 1 - General T erms, Part 2 - Country-unique T erms, and Part 3 - Warranty Information. The terms of Part 2 r eplace or modify those of Part 1.
If the Machine does not function as warranted during the warranty period, contact a Service Provider . If you do not register the Machine with Lenovo, you may be r equired to present pr oof of purchase as evidence of your entitlement to warranty service.
Limitation of Liability Lenovo is responsible for loss of, or damage to, your Machine only while it is 1) in your Service Provider’s possession or 2) in transit in those cases wher e Lenovo is responsible for the transportation charges.
