P age 2 HOW THE CompleteHeat TM SYSTEM WORKS Th e CompleteHeat system consists of a heating module (HM30) that produces hot water and an air hanĆ dling module (AM30) that sends warmed air through the home's duct system. The two modules may be installed together (closeĆcoupled) or apart (remote).
P age 3 SAFETY CONSIDER A TIONS Consider the materials stored near to the CompleteHeat system. Make sure the area around both AM30 an d HM30 units has adequate space according to the prescribed clearances.

P age 5 HOW TO SET THE ROOM THERMOST A T Y our thermostat may vary from this example; however, the operation is similar. SYSTEM SWITCH Set the system switch for either heating, cooling or auto ( if available). AutoĆchangeover is a setting that allows the system to heat or cool, depending on the need, without manually switching from one to another.
P age 6 ADJUSTING W A TER TEMPERA TURE R emove the HM30 access panel. The water temperature dial is loĆ cated at the lower left hand side of the HM30 control box. It is facĆ tory set at 120 _ F (49 _ C). W ater temperature setting may be raised by turning dial clockwise to the desired setting.

P age 8 KEEPING Y OUR SYSTEM IN TOP FORM-CONT . HM30 T emperature / P ressure Relief V alve T esting This valve is a safety device to protect against abnormally high temperature and pressures. P eriodic discharge of the relief valve may indicate thermal expansion within a closed system.
P age 9 BEFORE C ALLING FOR SER VICE ... 6 W rite down the unit model number before calling. 1 Check to see that electrical disconnect switches are ON. 2 Make sure the room thermostat temperature selector and water temperature dial are properly set. 3 The room thermostat system switch should be in the ON position.
