bizhub C360/C280/C220 2-7 2.2 Overview 2 FTP transmission Upload scanned data to the specified FTP server. E nter the FTP server add ress and login password f rom the touch panel of th is machine. Data uploaded to the FTP server can be downloaded from a compute r on the network.
bizhub C360/C280/C220 2-8 2.2 Overview 2 User Box filing The scan data can be saved in a User Box created on the hard disk of this machine, allowing the data to be reused. The file name can be entered from the touch panel of this machi ne when the data is saved.
bizhub C360/C280/C220 2-9 2.2 Overview 2 Web Service If the driver is installed to a computer (Windows Vista) on the network while the computer recognizes this machine, scan operat ion can be commanded from the computer, and data can be scanned using this ma- chine depending on the purpose and sent to the computer.
bizhub C360/C280/C220 2-10 2.2 Overview 2 Polling By sending a polling command, origi nal data can be re ceived from the sender's fax machine (Polling RX), and also, original data to be sent with send er's command can be registered beforehand (Polling TX).

To send sc anned data, specify any of the IP address, host name or E-mail address of the recipient. IP Address Fax is different from G3 fax or Internet Fax in th e following aspects.
