To Remove Flat Beater, Wire Whip Or Dough Hook 1. Turn speed control to OFF and unplug. 2. Press beater upward as far as possible and turn left. 3. Pull beater from beater shaft. 4. Plug mixer in proper electrical outlet.** To Lock Motor Head 1. Make sure motor head is completely down.
