Simmer Plate • Wipe with damp cloth or sponge then rinse with clean water and wipe dry. • Rub in the direction of the grain lines with a damp cloth or sponge.

12 T o clean the bur ners: 1. Pull the burner caps straight up from the burner base. 2. Clean the burner caps with warm, soapy water and a sponge. Y ou can also clean the caps with a mildly abrasive plastic scrubbing pad and pow- dered cleanser . Do not clean the burner caps in a dishwasher or self-cleaning oven.
