11 Start The ST ART key begins all oven functions except Sabbath Mode. Once a cooking setup function is complete, the ST ART key w ill light up unti l touc hed. If not t ouched within 2 minu tes af ter entering a cooking function, th e display wi ll return to the sleep mode and t he programme d functi on will be cancele d.
12 * On models with th e CleanBake™ fe ature, foods may be placed on a lower rack posi tion. Convection Cooking BAKEWARE T o cook food evenly , hot a ir must be able to circulate. For traditiona l cooking, allow 2" (5 cm) of sp ace around bakeware and oven walls.
13 Bakeware The bakeware mat erial affects cooking r esults. Follow manufacturer’ s recommendations an d use the bakeware size recommended in the recipe. Use the following ch art as a guide. Meat The rmomet er Use a meat thermometer to determi ne do neness of me at, poult ry and fish.

15 *Place up to 12 patties, equally sp aced, on broiler grid. Convection C ooking In a convectio n oven, the fan-circulated hot air continually distributes heat mor e evenly than t he natural movement of air in a standard thermal oven.

19 Auto Steam Settings Meats The Meats setting giv es best results w ith ten der cuts of meat that would t ypica lly be dry roast ed. The Meats se tting has 2 phases. Duri ng the first phas e, the oven temperature will automaticall y rise above the set temperat ure for opti mal bro wnin g cond iti ons.
