5 Electr ical Requirements If codes permit and a separate ground wir e is used, it is recomm ended that a qualified elec trical install er determine that the gro und path and the wir e gauge are in accordance with loca l codes. Check with a qualified electrical installer if yo u are not sur e the oven is properly gr ounded.
6 INSTALLATION INSTR UCTIONS Prepare Built-In Ov en 1. Decide on the final location for the oven. Avoid drilling or cutting into house wiring during inst allation. 2. T o avoid floor damage, set the oven onto car dboard prior to installation. Do not use h andle or any portion of the front frame for lifting.
7 Po sitioning Oven F eet f or Multiple Cabinet Cutout Heights Single Ovens The positioning of the oven feet allow a single oven to be installed in a cutout height betwee n 26 ¹⁵⁄₁₆ " (68.4 cm) and 29 ⁷⁄₁₆ " (74.8 cm). Refer to the following instructions to position the fee t for the size of your cabinet cutout.
8 2. Remove the foot from the right front spacer by removing the #8-18 x ³⁄₈ " screw . NOTE: Do not remove the spacer . 3. Rotate the foot 90° so the short side of the foot is positioned toward the top of the oven. 4. Reinstall the foot to the spacer using th e #8-18 x ³⁄₈ " screw previously r emoved.
9 Cutout Height is between 50 ¹⁄₂ " (128.2 cm) and 51 ¹⁄₈ " (129.9 cm) 1. Using 2 or more people, p lace the oven on its back on a covered surface. 2. Install a foot on the le ft r ear spacer usin g a #8-18 x ³⁄₈ " screw .
10 4. Install a front foot on the left front using a #8-18 x ³⁄₈ " screw . NOTE: Position the foot so the long side of the foot is facing away from the oven as shown. 5. In the same manner , install a fron t foot on the right front of the oven.
11 1. Disconnect power . 2. Feed the flexible conduit from the oven through the opening in the cabinet. 3. Remove junction box cover , if it is pr esent.
12 Install Oven 1. Using 2 or more people, lift the oven partially into the cabinet cutout. Use th e oven opening as an ar ea to grip. NOTE: Push agai nst seal area of the oven front frame when pushing the oven in to the cabinet. Do not push against the outside edges.
13 7. On models with the foot positioned with the short side of the foot toward the top of the oven, the bottom vent trim must also be installed. See the following instructions to install .
14 Complete Installation 1. Check that all parts are now insta lled. If the r e is an extra part, go back through the steps to se e which step was skipped. 2. Check that you have all of your tools. 3. Dispose of/recycle all packaging materials. 4. For oven use and cleaning, read the Use and Ca r e Guide.

21 ■ Le câble blindé flexible du four doit être connecté directem ent dans le boîtier de connexion. ■ Protéger p ar fusible les deux ex trémités de la ligne. ■ Ne pas couper le conduit. La longueur du conduit four nie est destinée à faciliter l'entretien du four .
22 INSTR UCTIONS D'INSTALLATION Préparation du four encastré 1. Choisir l'emplacemen t final pour l'installation du four . Éviter de percer ou d'endo mmager le câ blage lors de l'installation. 2. Pour éviter d'endommager le plan cher , placer le four sur une feuille de carton avan t l'i nstallation.
23 P ositionnement des pieds du four po ur des ouvertures d'encastrement de hauteur dif férente Four simple En modifiant le positionnement des pieds du four , on peut installer un four simple dans une cavité d'enca str ement d'une hauteur comprise entr e 26 ¹⁵⁄₁₆ " (68,4 cm) et 29 ⁷⁄₁₆ " (74,8 cm).
24 2. Retirer le pied de la cale d'es pacement avant droite en ôtant la vis n° 8-18 x ³⁄₈ ". REMARQUE : Ne p as reti rer l a cale d'espacement 3. Faire pivoter le pied à 90° de façon à ce que le côté court du pied soit orienté vers le sommet du four .
25 La hauteur de la cavité d’encastr ement est comprise entr e 50 ¹⁄₂ " (128,2 cm) et 51 ¹⁄₈ " (1 29,9 cm) 1. À l'aide d'au moins 2 personnes, placer le four sur sa partie arrière , sur une surface cou verte.
26 4. Installer un pied avant su r la partie avant gauche avec une vis n° 8-18 x ³⁄₈ ". REMARQUE : Positionner le pied de façon à ce que le côté long du pied soit orienté vers le four , tel qu'illustré. 5. De la même manière installer un pied avant sur l'avant dr oit du four .
27 5. Acheminer le conduit de câble fle xible depuis le four jusqu'au boîtier de connexion - utilise r un connecteur de conduit (homologation UL ou CSA).
28 Installation du f our 1. À l’aide d'au moins 2 personnes, soulever et introduire partiellement le four dans l’ouverture d'encastr ement du placard. Utiliser l’ouvertur e du four comme zone de prise. REMARQUE : Pour intr oduir e le four dans le placard, pousser contre la zone du joint du four située sur le châssis avant.
29 7. Sur les modèles dont le pied es t positionné de telle manière que le côté court est orienté vers le sommet du four , la garnit ur e de l'éve nt inférieur doit également ê tr e installée . Pour l’installation, procéder se lon les instructions suivantes.
30 Ache ver l’ installation 1. Vérifier que toutes les pièces so n t maintenant in stallées. S’il reste u ne pièce, passer en r evue les dif férentes étapes pour découvrir laquelle aurait été oubliée. 2. Vérifier la présence de tous les outils.
