Position food on the grid on th e broiler pan, then pl ace it in the center of th e oven rack with the lon gest side parallel t o the door . A single pad inclu des an oven setting , an oven temperature, an d a cook time or probe temperatu re. One pad is changeabl e to allow you to set your own cy cle and save it for future use.
