21 3. Use 6 mm socket and wrench or 6 mm nut driver to remove the brass orifices from the end of the gas va lves. 4. Instal l new 2.3 4 mm orif ices supp lied with this ki t to the en d of the gas valve. Us e 6 mm socket and wrench or 6 mm nut drive r to tigh ten.
22 3. Loosen the sea r burne r plate, locat ed next to the i gniter . 4. Remove the se ar burner moun ting screws. 5. Lift the se ar burner out of the grill. 6. Use 6 mm socket wrench or 6 mm nut driver to remove the orif ice. In stall t he new 2.34 mm or ifice su pplied.
23 6. If flame is yell ow (not enough air), turn ai r shutter adjustment screw cou nterc lock wis e. If flame is nois y or lifts away from bur ner (too much air), tu rn air sh utter adju stme nt screw cl ockwise. Adjustment should be made clockwise or counterclockwise from ¹⁄₈ " (3.
