4 Mobile Home - Addition al Installation Requirements The installat ion of this range must conf orm to the Manufactured Home Cons truction an d Safety S tandar d, Title 24 CF R, Part 328 0 (formerly th e Federal Standar d for Mobile Home Cons truction and Safet y , Title 24, HUD Part 28 0).
5 Electrical Requirements IMPORT AN T : The range must be electrically grounded in accordance with local codes and or dinances , or in the absence of local codes , with the Nation al Electrical Code, ANSI/NFP A 7 0 or Canadian Electrical Code, CSA C22.
6 Gas Supply Line ■ Provid e a gas supply line of ¾" (1.9 cm) rigid pipe to the range locati on. A smaller size pipe on lon ger runs may r esult in insu ff icient g as supp ly . Pip e-joint c ompound s that res ist the action of LP gas must be used.
7 INSTALLATION I NSTR UCTIONS Unpack R ange 1. Remove ship ping materials, tap e and protective film from the range. Keep cardboard bottom un der range. 2. Remove oven racks a nd parts package from inside oven. 3. Pull storage d rawer out completely .
8 Install Anti-Tip Brack et 1. Remove the an ti-tip bracket t h at is taped in the storage drawer . 2. Determine which mounting method to use: floor or wall. If you have a st one or masonry floor you can use th e wall mounting m ethod. 3. Determin e and mark the edge of the ran ge in the cutout space.
9 3. Us e a ¹⁵⁄₁₆ " combi nation wrench and an adju stable wrench to attach the flexible connector t o the adapters. Ch eck that connector is not ki nked. 4. Gas supply pi pe must not be more than 10" (25. 4 cm) above the floor . Complete connection 1.
10 Electronic Ignition System Initial lighting and gas flame adjustments Cooktop and oven bu rners use pil otless igniters i n place of standing p ilots. When t he cooktop control knob is tu rned to th e “LIT E” po siti on, th e sy stem cr eate s a spa rk to light the burner .
11 3. If the oven bake fl ame needs to be adju sted, locate th e air shutter near th e center rear of the storage drawer compartment. Use a flat-blade s cr ewdriv er to loosen the air shutter adjus tment scr ew . Rotate the air shutt er until th e proper flame appears.
12 G AS CON V ER SIONS Gas conversions fr om Natural gas to LP gas or from L P gas to Natu ral gas mus t be don e by a qualifi ed inst aller . LP Gas Con version 1. T u rn manual shutoff valve to th e closed position. 2. Unplug range or discon nect power .
13 9. Unscrew the regulator cap an d remove the plastic cove r . 10. Flip t he r egulator ca p over and replace the pl astic cover . 11. Screw the regula tor cap securely back in to place. Do not overtighten. T o Con ver t Ove n Ba ke B urner 1. Locate the oven orifice hood from t he front of the range.
14 3. T u rn the Number M50 Natura l gas broil burner orifi ce hood counterclockwise t o remove. 4. Install the Number 57 LP gas broil burner orifice hood, tur ning it clockwise 4 or 5 turns. Do not overtighte n. 5. Place the broil bu rner on the broil bur ner orifice hood.
15 Natura l Gas Con version 1. T u rn manual shutoff valve to th e closed position. 2. Unplug range or discon nect power . T o Convert Gas Pr essure Regulator 1. Remove oven racks from insid e the oven cavity . 2. Remove the storage d rawer . See “Repl ace Oven Racks and Storage Drawer” sec tion.
16 T o Con ver t Ove n Ba ke B urner 1. Locate the oven orifice hood from t he front of the range. 2. Using an a djustable wr ench, tu rn the Number .04 9 LP gas bake bur ner orifice hood counterclockwise to remove. 3. Install t he Number 46 Natural gas bake burn er orifice hood, turning it clockwise 4 or 5 turns.
17 6. Position the broil burner against the roof of the ov en cavity and attac h with screw . T o Convert Surface Bur ners 1. If installed , r emove the bu rner grates. 2. Remove the bu rner caps. 3. Using a Phillips s crewd river , remove the burner ba se.

23 Détendeur de gaz Le détendeu r fourni a vec cette cuisi nière doit être uti lisé. Pour un foncti onnement correct, la press ion d'alim entation du détende ur doit être comme suit : Gaz .
24 2. Ajuste r les pieds de niv ellement à la hauteur nécessa ire. Les pieds de n ivellem ent peuven t être desse rrés pour aj outer un e hauteur maximale d e 1" (2,5 cm). Une lo ngueur minimum de ³⁄₁₆ " (5,0 mm) est néce ssaire pour engager la brid e antibas culement.
25 Raccordement au gaz Raccordement typiq ue par raccord flexible 1. Appliq uer une pâte à joi nts spéciale pour t uyauteries propane sur les extrémit és du petit filetage de s raccords d'adaptation flexibles (voir B et G dans l'i llustration su ivante).
26 Vér if ication de l'emplacement de la bride antibasculement 1. Déplacer la cuisinière près de l’ ouverture d’encast rement. 2. Retir er le carto n ou l e panne au de fi br e dur de sous la cuisin ière. À l’ai de de deux pers onnes o u plus, dépla cer la cuisin ière jusqu’à son emp lacement fina l.
27 S'il est nécessaire de régler la taille des flammes pour le débit thermique min imum : 1. Allumer un brûleur et le régler au débit minimum. 2. Ôter le bouton de comm ande . Maintenir la t ige de commande en position basse à l’aide d’une pince.
28 3. Serrer la vi s de régla ge de l’admi ssion d’ai r 4. Appuyer sur CANCEL (annulation) après avoir te rminé. Réinstalla tion des gr illes de f our et du tiroir de remi sage Réins taller l es gr illes dans la cavité du fou r . Réinst aller l e tir oir d e re mi sa ge .
29 CON V ER SIO NS POUR CHANG EMENT DE G AZ Les conversions pour changement de gaz naturel à propane ou de propane à gaz naturel doivent être effectuées par un insta llateur qualifi é. Con v ersion de Gaz naturel à Propane 1. Fermer le rob ine t d’arrê t manuel.
30 8. Détermin er l’emplacement du détendeur à l' arrière de la cuisin ière. IMPORT AN T : Ne pas enlever l e détendeur . 9. Dévisser le chapeau du déten deur et ôter le couvercle en plasti que. 10. Retou rner le chapeau du détendeur et remettre en place le couvercle en plastiq ue.
31 Con versi on du br ûleu r du gri l 1. Ôter la vis serv ant à immobiliser l e brûleur du gril et la mettr e de côté. 2. Enlev er le br ûleur du gril du gicle ur . Le brûl eur du gril va pendr e à l’arri ère du four pe ndant l’op ération de remplacement du gicleur .
32 T ableau de sélection des gicleurs pour gaz pr opane 5. Remplacer le gicleur pour gaz natur el par le gicleur p our propane correct. V oir le “T ableau de sél ection des gicleurs pour gaz propane”. 6. Réinsta ller la b ase de brûleur et serr er les v is à la m ain.
33 8. Détermin er l’emplacement du détendeur à l' arrière de la cuisin ière. IMPORT AN T : Ne pas enlever l e détendeur . 9. Dévisser le chapeau du déten deur et ôter le couvercle en plasti que. 10. Retou rner le chapeau du détendeur et remettre en place le couvercle en plastiq ue.
34 4. Positionner le brûleur de cuisson au four au-dessus du gicleur et le fix er au moyen de trois vis. 5. Remettre en place le couve r cle du brû leur de cuisson au four . Con versi on du br ûleu r du gri l 1. Enlev er la vis servant à immobi liser le b rûleur d u gril et la mettre de côté.
35 Conversion des brûleurs d e surface 1. Enlev er les grilles de brûleur si elle s sont insta llées. 2. Ôter le chap eau de brûl eur . 3. À l’ai de d’un tournevis P hillips, re tire r la base du brû leur .
