7 Gas Supp ly Requirements Observe all gover ning codes a nd or dinances. IMPORT ANT : Th is installa tion mu st co nform with all local codes and ordinances. In the absence of local codes, install ation must conform with America n National Standard, Nati onal Fuel Gas Code AN SI Z223 .
8 Gas Pressur e Regulator The ga s pressure regulator supplied with t his range m ust be used. The inlet pr e ssur e to the regulator shoul d be as follows for proper operation: Natural G as: Minimum pr es sur e: 6" (15 .2 cm) WCP Maximum pr essure : 14" (35.
9 Install Anti-T ip Bracket 1. Choose the correct anti-t ip bracket for your in stallation. ■ If th e wall be hind the range has no b a seboa rd or has a baseboa rd up to ³⁄₈ " (0.95 cm) thick, use t he shorter 1" (2.5 cm ) anti-tip br acket.
10 4-Wire Cable from Home Power Supply IMPORT ANT : Use the 4-wir e cable from home power supply where local codes do no t permit connecti ng to a 3-wire system. 1. Connect the 2 bl ack wires (B) together using a UL liste d wire connector . 2. Connect the 2 r e d wires (C) together u sing a UL listed wir e connector .
11 Make Gas Con nection 1. Assemble flexible connector from gas supply pi pe to pressure regulator located in the middle front of the range. 2. Apply p ipe-joint co mpound made for use with LP gas to the smaller thread ends of the flexi ble connector adapt ers (see B and G in t he following il lustration).
12 Adjust Flame Height Adjust t he height of top bur ner flames. Th e cooktop “low” b urner flame should b e a steady blue fla me approximately ¼" (0.64 cm) high . The flame can b e adjusted usi ng the adjust ment screw in the center of th e valve stem.
13 Complete Installation 1. Check that all parts are now install ed. If there is an ex tra part, go back t hrough the ste ps to see which step was skipp ed. 2. Dispose of/recycle all p ackaging materials. 3. Check that range i s correctly positioned in countertop cutou t and that the range is le vel.

23 Fixation de la gar nitur e en îlot 4. À l'ai de de 2 person nes ou plus, i ncline r la cui sinièr e en arri ère pour que les pi eds ava nt se soul èvent du sol. Fa ir e glisser la cui sinière vers le mur jusqu 'à ce que l'entretoise arrière se trouve sous la b ride antibas culement.
