7 Electrical Requ irements If code s permit a nd a separa te ground wire is used, it is recommended that a qual ified elect rical inst aller dete rmine that the ground path an d wire gauge are in accordance with lo cal codes.
8 Gas Supply Line ■ Provid e a gas supply line of ¾" (1.9 cm) rigid pipe to the range locati on. A smaller size pipe on longer runs may result in insu ff icient ga s supply . Pipe-join t compo unds that res ist the action of LP gas must be used.
9 INSTALLA TION IN STRUCTIONS Unpack Range 1. Remove ship ping material s, tape and p rotective film from range. Keep shi pping pallet u nder range. Remove oven racks, grates and parts package from inside oven. 2. Remove t he 2 scr ews on each s ide of the top of the bottom vent.
10 4. Using the final measurement from Step 3, measure from the floor up a nd mark a horizontal line on the wal l where a wall stud is loca ted. 5. Position t op of anti-tip bracket at line marked in Step 4 and mark hole s. Drill two ¹⁄ ₈ " holes at the posi tions marked on the wall.
11 3-Wire Cable f rom Power Supply IMPORT ANT : Use the 3-wire cable from power suppl y where local codes permit connectin g the frame-ground conduc tor to the neut ral (white ) junction box wir e. 1. Discon nect power . 2. Remove junction box cover if pres ent.
12 Complete Connection 1. Open the manua l shutoff valve in the gas supply line. The valve is open when th e handle is paralle l to the gas pip e. 2. T est all connecti ons by brush ing on an approved noncorrosive leak-d etection sol ution. Bubble s will show a leak.
13 3. Press ENTER and default tempe rature appears in the disp lay . 4. Press ENTER and th e default cook ti me appears in th e displa y . Set th e cook time to 10 minut es. 5. The display will indicate “LoAd.” Op en and c lose th e oven door . 6.
