I NS T A L L A T IO N : 1. Install th e H CP-1200 PSU int o either the top or bottom of your case man ual if you are unsure wher e the po wer supply should b e installed. 2. Install the H CP-1200 PSU into your ca se with the four s crews pr ovided. 3.
5. Connect extra cables from the cable pack to t he sock ets on the power sup ply only if n eeded. If you are goin g to p lug th e PCI- E ca bles into the PSU, they should go into the red sockets. If the red sockets a re not being used for PCI- E, then they can be used for an y other t ype of cable su pplied in t he 6.
8. Hard drives, optical dr ives (CD/DVD/BluRay™ ) an d other accessories will u se either the older 4- pin Molex connector or t he newer 15-pi n SATA con nector. 4-p in Molex con nectors ha ve two black , one yellow and one red wire. The SA TA conne ctor h as an ad ditional o range power wire.
