11 STEP 2. Push axle through one wheel (1 2), indented side out , then through holes in axle leg frame (4) . Place remaining wheel on other end of axle, indented side out . Secure wheels with n ylon hex nuts (E) . Snap hubcaps ( 1 3) in place as sho wn.
10 5 STEP 4. Inser t 2 stabilizing scre ws of ash can spacer ring (8) through k eyholes in cart grill base (2) and twist as sho wn. Secure with phillips head scre w (B) and hex lock nut (C) . Place heat insulation washers (I) on base hinges (G) as sho wn.
9 6 Note: A t tach both ends of lid handle before fully tightening hex flange nuts. STEP 6. A t tach lid handle (1 0) b y inser ting bolts ( J) through predrilled holes in handle. Slide handle spacers (K) onto bolts then at tach to lid using aluminum flat washers (F) and hex nuts (D) to secure.
STEP 8. Align lid hinges with base hinges. Inser t hinge pins (M) through both hinges and secure with spring clip (N) . STEP 7 . Note: Do not o v er tighten. Dampers should mo v e freely . A t tach lid air dampers (1 1) to cart grill lid (1 ) using phillips head scre ws (B) and hex lock nuts (C) .
